If you're experiencing technical problems, please follow this list for a solution:
- Visit our Requirements page to see if your computer meets the minimum hardware and software requirements
- Clear your internet browser's cache
- Close and re-open your internet browser and log back into DiversityUniversity.com
- If you're still experiencing problems restart your computer and log back into DiversityUniversity.com
If the problem persists please use the form below to report the problem to the Diversity University staff
Try to be as descriptive as possible with the problem you're experiencing. If you recieve an error message please copy and paste that message into the 'Reported Problem' box below to assist us in fixing the problem. If you did not recieve an error message please describe in detail the steps you took before the problem occurred. For example: "I clicked the 'next' button after the first quiz in the EDGE Advantage: The Legal Edge course and it wouldn't let me proceed with the course."
It is also beneficial to us to know what operating system, internet browser, Flash version, and any other hardware information about your computer that you can provide.
